Change Management and Customer Experience training specialist.

Angie is a practising Chartered Occupational Psychologist supported by a strong commercial sales background, focusing on providing excellent customer service.    She has over ten years experience in both public and private sectors of successfully designing, delivering and managing training programmes, then using coaching and mentoring skills to embed these skills into normal working practices.  She also implements behavioural change management processes, utilising an understanding of the influences that shape behaviour over time, within an organisational context. Within the Assessment and Development arena, her skills include designing and administering Assessment Centre exercises and psychometric testing. Angie is extremely enthusiastic, innovative and motivational with regard to all disciplines; she nevertheless ensures delegates have fun whilst learning.

Assessment and Marketing Specialist

A Chartered Marketer supported by a strong commercial and financial background, Frances has worked with both public and private sector delivering key projects in the areas of training, assessment, coaching and team development. She has managed cost effective and innovative training programmes in diverse fields, including customer service, sales, marketing and leadership, with a strong record of achieving measurable outcomes. Experienced in providing first-class customer care, both in a direct capacity and in managing Customer Service teams, by developing and measuring Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Jacquie Stafford BA -
Leadership and Coaching Specialist

Jacquie has 20 years experience in designing and delivering training programmes to help organisations develop their staff and keep them motivated. She has deep experience in delivering training to diverse audiences at all levels and has run programmes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and Australia. Jacquie worked in the retail fashion industry and served as a Board Member for a group of companies for 5 years. She started work as an independent consultant and facilitator in 1989 and now heads up ManDev Ltd. She has worked predominantly in the service and retail sectors. She co-authored two training videos on coaching and appraising for the BBC, one of which went on to win a Gold Award.
